Service Description

LIGHT & AND SOUND w. Julie & Shawna: A drug-free psychedelic meditative journey combining light and sound frequency. While laying beneath the Lucia N°03 meditative light system with closed eyes, varying frequencies of white LEDs and white halogen will stimulate the pineal gland, taking you on an incredible visual journey. Each individual will have a unique visual experience, usually including a wide range of colours, vortexes, fractal patterns and sacred geometry. Simultaneously, Shawna will be guiding you on a Sound Journey composed of harmonious vibrations/frequencies emitted from Crystal Bowls, Crystal Chimes, drums and other sound healing instruments. There are 2 small group sessions being offered, limited to 4 meditators per session. Saturday November 23rd at The Yoga Yard. 1pm - 2:15pm and 3pm - 4:15pm $99 per person.
